SYNOPSIS

Teddy Crutcher has won Teacher of the Year at the esteemed Belmont Academy, home to the best and brightest.

He says his wife couldn't be more proud—though no one has seen her in a while.

Teddy really can’t be bothered with the death of a school parent that’s looking more and more like murder or the student digging a little too deep into Teddy’s personal life. His main focus is on pushing these kids to their full academic potential.

All he wants is for his colleagues—and the endlessly meddlesome parents—to stay out of his way.

It's really too bad that sometimes excellence can come at such a high cost.

REVIEW

⭐⭐⭐
Rating: 3 out of 5.

I am not kidding when I say all fo these characters where incredibly unlikable. Specially the main character. The only one that was maybe a bit less horrible was the kid, whose name I can’t remember for the love of me but he is basically the other main character, don’t get me wrong, he was horrible and did absolutely terrible things but he was a fricking kid. Then there were the adults, who also did terrible things but i mean they are fricking adults you know.

Anyways I could not care less for any fo the characters, there were a few deaths that felt pointless to me as well but It could have also been because of the fact that I wasn’t very into the story.

About the ending… Let me see how I can talk about it without spoiling haha. I didn’t loved it, I mean it was a huge plot twist and all I kind of didn’t saw it coming. There were soo many plot twists specially from the halfway point onwards. But going back to the ending, don’t hate me but I think that the Villian could have been a bit more miserable.
Anyways, take it as you please, a lot of people have loved it so I don’t now maybe you will like it too!
And yes 3 stars is a bit too much now looking back on it but hey the plot twist were unexpected at least.
