SYNOPSIS

Everyone says I'm a bad girl. They're only partly right--I don't let fear rule me, and I certainly don't care what people think. But I draw the line at sleeping with the enemy. As the daughter of Briar's head hockey coach, I'd be vilified if I hooked up with a player from a rival team.

And that's who Jake Connelly is. Harvard's star forward is arrogant, annoying, and too attractive for his own good. But fate is cruel--I require his help to secure a much-coveted internship, and the sexy jerk isn't making it easy for me.

I need Connelly to be my fake boyfriend.

For every fake date...he wants a real one.

REVIEW

★★★★

Rating: 4 out of 5.

“If you want me to beg, ill beg. If you want me to jump through hoops, bring them on. I'll spend every waking hour until I have to report to training camp proving to you how much you mean to me.”

This was such fun time! I don't really get why people hate on it so much, apparently its the worst of them all?! couldn't tell you because I haven't finished the entire series yet haha.

They tend to not like the fact that the boy main character is not from briar but Harvard but that is something that I love, the love and hate relationship and the constant tension when they are playing its so good. arguably a good written book because you know its not a masterpiece but it was perfect for the time being and It was exactly what I was looking for.

“Chemistry is hard to find and even harder to fight”

because yes, the chemistry was there and I- just had such a good time!

I read the off-campus series ages ago when it first came out and loved every single one of them (except for the last- sorry whoever names where haha) and yes, it was better than the briar u series.

Maybe it was because it was my first time reading Elle Kennedys books or because it was when I first started to get into reading, anyhow they ogs are better and that's on period.
